Responsabilidades
● Develop and evangelize the Vidoomy brand and products at agencies and clients.

● Prospect and acquire new customers, focusing on video, display, and CTV while developing new business opportunities.

● Establish and nurture commercial relationships with potential customers by analyzing and understanding their needs (direct customers, communication agencies, commercial teams, programmatic agencies, potential customers, etc.).

● Identify and develop growth opportunities based on stable and long-lasting relationships.

● Conduct information and best practice sessions with advertisers and agencies to influence their purchasing decisions.

Requisitos
● Prospect and close business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts.

● Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.

● Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients.

● Represent Vidoomy in the online marketplace and become an active Brand Advocate.

● Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

● Collaborate with Client Services, Ad Operations, and Sales Planning to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue.

● Prior digital media sales experience is required.

● Solid programmatic knowledge and experience.

● Previous technology platform experience is a considerable plus.

● Active portfolio of key clients.

● Strong relationships with agencies and advertisers/brands.

● Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers.

● Understanding of the digital marketplace.

● Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced company.

● Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

● Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player.

● Strong prospecting, selling, monitoring, negotiation, closing, and reporting skills.

● At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Sales Department.

● Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and active listening.

● Bilingual: English; Spanish is a plus.
